Before opening the agency, our agent worked as a bank manager, bringing strong financial knowledge and leadership experience into the insurance industry. With a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in leadership, he leads with energy, enthusiasm, and a true commitment to helping both customers and team members succeed.
Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our agency regularly participates in local outreach and events with the school district, building meaningful connections and giving back whenever possible. We also believe work should be rewarding and enjoyable. Our team enjoys Casual Fridays or sports gear days, coffee runs, and weekly celebrations with appetizers and drinks when goals are met. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
