ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Insurance Representative with Edison Valerio Insurance Agency Inc, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Property & Casualty insurance options tailored to customers’ needs.
- Assess clients’ risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Manage customers’ portfolios and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic reviews of policies to identify gaps or opportunities for coverage enhancement.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting the insurance industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and brokers.
- Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed in Property & Casualty thru the State of Washington
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customers relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
Compensation: $37,440.00 - $75,900.00 per year
