RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with a strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills in both English and [second language] will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients in both English and [second language].
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner in both English and [second language].
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software, to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business dealings.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet with clients as necessary.
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $35,360.00 - $75,000.00 per year
